Do YOU qualify for a tax credit?
Existing home owners can receive up to $6,500 if they meet the following criteria:
1) Occupying current residence for 5 or more consecutive years
2) Sales contract signed by April 30, 2010 and closed by June 30, 2010
3) Available on a variety of homes including condos & new construction
4) The tax credit does not need to be repaid unless the home is sold within the first 3 years
First time home buyers can receive up to $8,000 if they meet the following criteria:
1) First time buyer
